RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All our products except Custom Printed T-Shirts are eligible for free returns and exchanges, no questions asked. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We won’t accept goods damaged after purchase.
To initiate a return, please call us at 076 5 498 907 or email [email protected] To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (E.g. your order confirmation email). Once you reach out to us, we will arrange the most convenient return option for you.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed afterwards, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account/credit balance again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGES
We are more than happy to replace items if they do not fit, are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at [email protected] or at 076 5 498 907.
Please note that exchanges can only be done to items at a similar price point to the one you want to exchange. Your exchange will be done completely free of charge, however, if you need to exchange a second time around, a charge of LKR 350 will apply.
SHIPPING
Shipping for exchanges and returns are handled by us in collaboration with our delivery partners. If you want to make alternative arrangements (e.g. drop by our warehouse) please contact us beforehand.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We continuously strive to ensure that we provide all our customers with an amazing online shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or an exchange within 14 days from the date delivered. In most cases, exchange requests will be dispatched within 2 working days depending on the stock availability. Returning items will be collected at the time of your new delivery. A collection & re-delivery charge of Rs.240/- may apply. Kindly note that this process will take 3-7 working days to be fulfilled.
Returning items for refund can either be collected via the same courier service at your request or you may use a reliable courier to send them back to us. Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned items. The total value of the order will be refunded except for delivery charges. Transfers can be made to any nominated bank by you. A notification with proof will be sent when the transfer is been made. This usually takes 2 working days upon receiving the returned package.
If any returns do not meet policy requirements, the items will be sent back to you immediately. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.
